Down & Derby Vegas / April 2009

This past weekend I made my way back out to Vegas to rock our monthly Down and Derby roller skating jammy jam at the Beauty Bar.  We had a HUGE turnout this month and the party was off the chain as usual.  It keeps getting better month by month and I wanted to shout out everyone who was involved.  

First off, shouts to the mastermind and one of my bestest homies, Vinny and his Vegas partner Richard for making it happen once again.  Also shouts to Brandon, Chris and everyone behind the scenes that helped it run smoothly.  Last off, big ups to all the talent that kept the party cracking all night.  

DJ OB-1 and DJ Supra held down the inside of Beauty Bar all night long and myself and DJ $HR3D  held down the outside patio aka the roller rink.

I wasn't feeling too well for the rest of the trip and since I have a big week ahead of me I decided to lay low and just chill with my boys for the rest of the stay.  I crashed at my good friends Chris (who's last name happens to be Brown...haha) and Brandon's crib.  Chris is a trained chef and has worked at fancy high end restaurants all over the country including the Wynn in Vegas.  On Sunday night we all stayed in and Chris treated us to one of the best meals I've had in months!  Cocktail shrimp, pork taco's, chicken wings (w/ his own sauce), rice & beans.  Let's just say I ate until I couldn't breathe. 

Oh and Brandon might have the coolest dog on the planet.  I put a can of soda on Frankie's head and he didn't mind at all.
