This past Saturday I flew to Portland for my first time ever to play one of the biggest parties in the city, "MASSIVE" at the Crown Room. My friend Leigh started the party and has brought in a handful of dope talent over the last 18 months so I was honored to be on the bill. The party was absolutely ridiculous. Completely packed by 11pm and I got to play a ton of fresh records. The crowd was amazing and stayed involved and responsive throughout my entire 3 hour set. Big shouts to DJ Doc Adam on the opening set and Ronin who MC'd the whole night and kept the crowd moving with me.
Portland is a really dope city and I got to check out a lot of cool stuff while I was in town as well. Record stores, boutiques and great food were all on my to do list while I was there and Leigh and his girl Sarah did not disappoint! Another thing that really stood out while I was there was how friendly the people were. I was a little dumbfounded on how outgoing everyone was and I met a ton of great people who were doing their thing and following their dreams. Major shouts to Leigh and Sarah as well as everyone else I met when I was in town. I hope to see you again soon!
I flew home yesterday and after spending what seemed an entire day on a plane, I went straight down to Ibiza in the Southside and played house music with Bonics. I also recorded the set and the link to download it is below.
